Plan Of Salvation

Dear Brothers and Sisters:

There are those who want you to believe that the Lord is an angry God, commanding us
to bow down and serve him.  As we read the Bible we find that He is just the opposite.
We find that God just wants us to love him and, in loving Him, of our own free will we
want to serve Him and make Him happy.  God loves us so much that He gave His only
begotten son to pay the price for our sins by dying on the cross. In doing so He made
salvation as easy as ABC.

(A) stands for ADMIT. We must first admit that we are sinners and have been separated
from God.
Romans 3:23:  “For all have sinned and come short the glory of God.”
Romans 5:12:  “. . . for that all have sinned.”
Romans 6:23:  “For the wages of sin is death.”    

(B) stands for BELIEVE. To be saved you must admit that JESUS died for your sins
and rose again to pay our sin debt.
John 1:12:  “To them that believe that believe on his name.”
John 3:16:  “Whosoever believeth in him shall never perish.”
Romans 5:8:  “While we were sinners Christ died for us.”
Romans 10:9:  “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt
believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”

(C) stands for COMMIT. You now need to commit your life to God through a simple
prayer.
Romans 10:10:  “With the heart man believeth unto righteousness and with the mouth
confession is made unto salvation.”

If after reading this you wish to be saved you need only to pray a simple prayer like this:

Lord Jesus I confess that I am a sinner and I know my sin separates me from the Father.
I believe you died for my sins on the cross and on the third day you were resurrected
from the dead by the Father.
I beg you to come into my heart and be the Lord of my life
